Leading solar and storage real estate investment firm SolaREIT is growing its staff by adding three new members to its legal and business development departments. SolaREIT keeps expanding its own capabilities to better serve developers in the renewable energy industry as the need for land-focused finance solutions rises. Recently, the business topped $3 billion in finance for solar and storage projects.

“Our team is what sets us apart in the industry. SolaREIT is committed to hiring the right people and building the best team in the industry so that we can continue to provide clean energy developers with the efficient capital solutions they need to scale,” stated Laura Pagliarulo, CEO of SolaREIT. “Erica, Natalie, and Peter each add valuable expertise and fresh perspective to our seasoned team, and we’re pleased to welcome them.”

    • Erica Reidy has joined SolaREIT as Vice President of Business Development. Reidy is a seasoned renewable energy professional with experience across project finance, development, and acquisitions. Prior to joining SolaREIT, she served as Director of Investments at Leyline Renewable Capital. She holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and will lead business development efforts across the country.
    • Natalie Clark joins the company as Paralegal, bringing extensive legal experience from both national law firms and in-house roles in the renewable energy space. She has supported legal operations at Lunar Energy and portfolio financing at Clearway Energy Group.
    • Peter Wyatt has been named Sales and Business Development Manager after completing his internship with the company. He is a recent graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a degree in Business Administration from the Isenberg School of Management.

SolaREIT partners with solar and storage developers to offer flexible capital solutions focused on land—including land purchases, lease purchases, and land loans.
