Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Appointed Durgeshkumar Dwivedi as Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Stores

Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy has appointed Durgeshkumar Dwivedi as Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Stores. He brings close to 20 years of experience in store management, inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain management across the power and renewable energy sectors.

Over the course of his career, he has worked extensively on managing large-scale operations while focusing on improving material management systems and driving operational efficiency. His hands-on expertise in handling complex supply chain and warehouse functions has helped organisations streamline processes and ensure smoother operational performance.

Before taking up his new role at Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy, Dwivedi was associated with Hindustan Power as DGM – Stores. He has also held important leadership positions with well-known organisations such as Adani Power Mundra Ltd., Sembcorp Industries, Lanco, Larsen & Toubro, and Toyo Engineering Corporation.

With his wide industry exposure and strong operational background, Dwivedi is expected to play an important role in strengthening store and supply chain operations while supporting the company’s growth in the renewable energy sector.

Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Limited (SWREL) is a global pure-play, end-to-end renewable engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) solutions provider.

As renewable energy continues to play a larger role in electricity systems, energy storage is becoming increasingly important to the global energy transition. Battery energy storage systems (BESS) and pumped-storage hydropower provide flexibility by storing electricity during periods of high generation and releasing it when demand rises. These technologies help integrate variable renewable power, strengthen grid stability and resilience, and improve overall energy security.
