SWELECT Energy Appoints Ciju K Raj as Assistant Vice President – Channels

SWELECT Energy Systems Ltd has appointed Ciju K Raj as its Assistant Vice President – Channels, strengthening its leadership team as the company continues to expand its renewable energy business and channel network across India.

In his new role, Ciju K Raj will be responsible for driving channel development, strengthening partner relationships, and accelerating business growth. He will also play a key role in expanding the company’s renewable energy footprint by enhancing market reach and supporting the adoption of clean energy solutions through its distribution ecosystem.

A seasoned industry professional, Ciju brings extensive experience spanning renewable energy, channel management, solar solutions, electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure, SaaS, IT hardware, retail automation, and the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. His diverse background is expected to support SWELECT’s efforts to strengthen its market presence and deliver integrated energy solutions to customers across multiple segments.

Before joining SWELECT Energy Systems, Ciju served in several senior leadership positions across the renewable energy and technology industries. Most recently, he was associated with Power One Micro Systems (Private) Limited, where he held the positions of Business Head and Strategic Business Head – Solar, leading the company’s solar business strategy and market expansion initiatives.

Earlier in his career, he worked as General Manager – Partner Business Unit and General Manager at wepsol, where he focused on business development and channel partnerships. He also served as General Manager at Orb Energy, contributing to the company’s solar energy growth initiatives.

His professional journey also includes leadership roles as Director at Highwaves Technologies Limited, National Sales & Marketing Head at WeP Peripherals Limited, Territory Sales Manager at Patak Foods (India) Pvt. Ltd., Area Sales Manager at Dorcas Market Makers Ltd, and Senior Sales Supervisor at Hindustan Pencils Ltd.

The appointment reflects SWELECT Energy Systems’ continued focus on strengthening its leadership capabilities and expanding its channel ecosystem to support the growing demand for solar and renewable energy solutions in India.
