    Trojan Lithium OnePack™

Trojan Battery Company, a leader in golf cart batteries, has introduced the Trojan Lithium OnePack™ Extended Range (XR), a 48V, 171Ah lithium-ion battery pack. Designed with advanced chemistry and multiple safety layers, OnePack XR offers greater capacity, extended travel per charge, and a best-in-class warranty. Its superior performance makes it an ideal drop-in replacement for low-speed recreational vehicles (LSEVs), including 6-8 passenger golf carts.

“For a century, Trojan has advanced battery technologies and developed innovative power solutions to meet ever-evolving market needs. We recognize the growing adoption of LSEVs in living communities, as well as electrical shuttle vehicles. Expanding our Trojan Lithium OnePack family with our new Extended Range addresses the needs of these applications, helping Trojan Battery maintain its leadership position in the golf cart and LSEV markets,” stated Laurie Oswald, Chief Commercial Officer of Trojan Battery.

    Travel Longer on Single Charge:

With a range up to 75 miles, Trojan Lithium OnePack XR outperforms other standard 105Ah lithium-ion batteries by as much as 30 miles. Its higher amp-hour capacity reduces the need for frequent charging and adds power for carrying more passengers. Its superior power also allows the Trojan Lithium OnePack XR to maintain its acceleration, even when driving uphill.

The Trojan Lithium OnePack XR battery pack brings the inherent advantages of lithium-ion to LSEV applications. Its quick-charge capability and opportunity charging allow the battery pack to be conveniently charged during short breaks without risk of damage.

    Designed With Safety in Mind:

Safety is at the forefront of the Trojan Lithium OnePack XR. Its ability to achieve the 75-mile range at only 48V creates safer operation than comparable high voltage (>60V) options. OnePack XR batteries feature four levels of safety redundancy, and are designed, tested, and undergo final processing in the U.S., for complete quality control from start to finish.

Other safety design elements include using a stable lithium-iron-phosphate chemistry, high-quality copper bussing, and large gauge wiring. A self-protecting battery management system (BMS) also highlights Trojan’s commitment to safety.

    8-year Warranty:

Trojan brings an unmatched level of support and reliability to the Trojan Lithium OnePack XR. Reflecting Trojan’s industry-leading reputation and a century of commitment to excellence, the batteries are backed by an 8-year warranty.

    Easy Installation and Operation:

Trojan Lithium OnePack XR batteries do not require watering, making them maintenance free. The battery pack is a drop-in replacement when paired with the Trojan-designed accessories kit, simplifying installation.

    Smart and Simple:

LSEV users can download the Trojan SmartBattery® App with Bluetooth® connectivity for use with the Trojan Lithium OnePack XR. With the app installed, battery status can be monitored in real-time from a mobile device for convenience and peace of mind.

    Lithium-ion Upgrades Simplified:

Trojan Battery offers the Trojan OnePack XR Bundle. The complete package includes the Trojan Lithium 48V 171Ah battery, as well as vehicle-specific mounting brackets, state-of-charge gauge kit and power button, and a variety of charger options.

    Trojan Lithium Direct Program:

Dealers can order Trojan Lithium OnePack XR – and all Trojan lithium-ion batteries – using the new Trojan Lithium Direct program. With Trojan Lithium Direct, dealers enjoy a seamless ordering process that saves time and simplifies operations, reduces shipping times, and provides direct sales support. Available in the continental USA.
