Gupta will be in charge of research and development for electric bus platforms in his new job. He will focus on improving EV architecture, system integration, and scalable mobility solutions. His job will include driving engineering-led innovation, promoting modular design, and using data-driven product development to create electric mobility products that are ready for the future.

Strong Industry Experience
Gupta has a lot of experience in vehicle engineering and product development. Before joining JBM Group, he was the General Manager and Head of R&D at Volvo Buses India. In this job, he was very important in moving forward bus technologies and engineering solutions.
He also spent over two decades at VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd., where he held several leadership roles, including Head of Vehicle Technology for trucks and buses. His long tenure in the commercial vehicle segment has equipped him with deep expertise in vehicle design, innovation, and large-scale product development.
Diverse Engineering Background
Gupta worked as a designer and engineer for L&T Technology Services and Escorts Kubota Limited earlier in his career. These experiences helped me build a strong technical base and learn a lot about the automotive and engineering fields.

The appointment comes at a time when JBM Group is growing in the electric mobility space, especially in electric buses and eco-friendly transportation solutions.
