ACME Solar has named Vinod Panchal as Deputy General Manager. In this role, he will be in charge of running big solar projects and making sure that all of the company’s renewable energy projects are run as well as possible.
Driving Operational Excellence in Solar Projects
Vinod Panchal will be in charge of all aspects of project delivery for ACME Solar in his new job. He will focus on improving the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) processes. His duties are:
- Ensuring cost efficiency across solar projects
- Optimizing resource allocation and management
- Enhancing customer satisfaction through timely and high-quality project delivery
- Overseeing large-scale solar infrastructure projects across multiple locations

Extensive Experience in India’s Solar Sector
Vinod Panchal has worked for Amplus Solar for more than nine years, where he held many positions, such as Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Deputy General Manager. He is now with ACME Solar. He successfully completed more than 1.3 GW of solar projects in India during his time there, giving him a strong track record in large-scale renewable energy projects.
Prior to Amplus Solar, Panchal gained significant experience working with:
- KEC International Ltd.
- Nice Telecommunication Pvt Ltd
- V.D. Swami and Co Pvt Ltd
Through these roles, he developed expertise in solar PV project execution, EPC management, quality standards, and large-scale infrastructure development.
