Advait Greenergy Strengthens Green Hydrogen Ecosystem with Three Strategic MoUs Across Technology, Storage, and EPC Partnerships

Advait Greenergy Private Limited, a key player in India’s emerging green energy ecosystem, has signed three strategic MoUs with global and domestic partners to accelerate the development of green hydrogen infrastructure, electrolyser deployment, and hydrogen storage solutions in India. These collaborations mark an important step in Advait Greenergy’s vision to build scalable, integrated, and future-ready green energy systems aligned with India’s clean energy transition goals.

The MoUs have been signed with CENMAT, Power to Hydrogen Inc. (P2H2) along with JESCO Projects, and VJ Industries, bringing together complementary capabilities across electrolyser technology, EPC execution, hydrogen storage systems, and project development frameworks.

Under the MoU with CENMAT, a Switzerland-based Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) and Anion Exchange Membrane (AEM) electrolyser technology provider, Advait Greenergy will collaborate on hydrogen generation projects in India. The partnership establishes a framework for integrating CENMAT’s advanced electrolyser systems with Advait Greenergy’s EPC and balance-of-plant capabilities for clean energy and hydrogen projects, particularly where high-efficiency hydrogen production and system integration are critical

Advait Greenergy has also entered into a tri-party MoU with Power to Hydrogen Inc. (P2H2), a US-based developer of proprietary AEM electrolyser technology, and JESCO Projects, which will support market development and customer engagement in India. This collaboration is aimed at jointly pursuing electrolyser-based green hydrogen opportunities on a project-by-project basis, leveraging P2H2’s technology, JESCO’s market access, and Advait Greenergy’s EPC execution and system integration expertise

In another MoU, Advait Greenergy has partnered with VJ Industries, a specialist in hydrogen storage systems and industrial gas solutions. This collaboration focuses on integrating hydrogen storage technologies with green hydrogen projects, where VJ Industries will serve as a preferred partner for hydrogen storage systems, while Advait Greenergy undertakes EPC execution, balance-of-system supply, and project delivery responsibilities

Together, these three MoUs reinforce Advait Greenergy’s strategy of building a robust, end-to-end green hydrogen ecosystem—from electrolyser technology and EPC execution to storage and downstream integration. While non-binding in nature, the agreements establish structured frameworks for future collaboration, technology alignment, and joint participation in upcoming green hydrogen opportunities in India.

Speaking on the development, Vatsal Kundalia, Managing Director, Advait Greenergy Private Limited, said:

“These strategic MoUs reflect our long-term vision of building a robust and scalable green hydrogen ecosystem in India. As the market evolves from pilot projects to industrial-scale deployment, collaboration across technology, execution, and system integration becomes critical. By partnering with global technology providers and specialised solution partners, we are strengthening our ability to deliver integrated, future-ready green hydrogen projects that align with India’s energy transition goals. Our focus remains on disciplined execution, indigenous capability building, and creating solutions that are both technically sound and commercially sustainable.”
