It has secured a major domestic order from PowerGrid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL) for a new transmission line project. Under this EPC contract, it will be responsible for the end-to-end design, engineering, and construction of the line. It’s an ambitious undertaking, with a clear 21-month countdown to completion starting from the official date of the award notification. This project is a key moment for the company as it continues to strengthen its partnership with one of the industry’s leading entities.
The contract is awarded in the ordinary course of business. Notably, the company confirms that neither the promoter nor the promoter group has any interest in the awarding entity, and the contract does not fall under related party transactions, ensuring full transparency and adherence to “arm’s length” principles.
With a completion timeline of 21 months, this project underscores Bajel Projects’ commitment to strengthening India’s power transmission infrastructure. By leveraging its EPC expertise, the company continues to play a vital role in enhancing grid connectivity and energy reliability across the region.
