Ceigall India Limited is expanding into the realm of renewable energy and has received two Letters of Intent (LOIs) with Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Limited (MSEDCL) to procure 337 MW of solar power.
The company shall develop grid-connected solar power plants in Maharashtra by using competitive bidding on a tariff basis. The project is within Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Vahini. Yojana 2.0.

As an infrastructure EPC firm involved mainly in structural projects, such as elevated roads, flyovers, and bridges, Ceigall India splits its business into EPC and hybrid annuity model (HAM) projects.
The move into renewable energy highlights the strategic move of Ceigall India into high-growth areas, which adds value in the long term and strengthens its focus on sustainable growth of infrastructure against the energy transition objectives of India.
