Eastman Auto & Power Ltd. has appointed Rajesh Jindal as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), bringing more than three decades of experience across sales, marketing and product management to the company’s leadership team.
Jindal joins Eastman Auto & Power from Amara Raja Energy & Mobility Ltd., where he spent 24 years in various leadership roles. Most recently, he served as President and Chief Marketing Officer, overseeing key areas related to marketing and business growth.
With more than 34 years of industry experience, Jindal has worked across sales, marketing and product management, building expertise in market strategy, customer engagement and business development.
In his new role at Eastman Auto & Power, Jindal is expected to contribute to the company’s growth across energy and mobility solutions, leveraging his experience in the automotive and energy sectors.
Jindal holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh, and an MBA from Panjab University. His technical education, combined with extensive commercial and leadership experience, is expected to support Eastman’s focus on expanding its business and strengthening its position in the energy and mobility markets.
The appointment comes as the energy and mobility sectors continue to evolve, driven by the adoption of electric mobility, energy storage and related technologies. Jindal’s experience across product management, sales and marketing is expected to support Eastman’s strategic growth initiatives in these areas.
With his appointment as CEO, Eastman Auto & Power is set to further strengthen its leadership as it works to expand its portfolio and pursue new opportunities across the energy and mobility solutions market.
