JSW has appointed Partha Ghosh as Executive Vice President and Group Head of Communications, bringing him into a senior leadership role responsible for corporate communications and strengthening the group’s overall communications strategy.
Ghosh joins JSW with extensive experience spanning corporate communications, journalism, media relations and stakeholder engagement. Before joining JSW, he served as Advisor to the CEO and Global Head of Communications at Air India Limited, where he was involved in the airline’s communications function.
Earlier, Ghosh spent more than eight years with Samsung Electronics, where he progressed to Vice President and Head of Corporate Communications and Corporate Citizenship/CSR. His responsibilities included corporate communications and citizenship initiatives during his tenure with the company.
Ghosh also held senior editorial positions at The Economic Times, gaining experience across multiple sectors, including business, real estate, hospitality, media, entertainment and luxury.
His appointment at JSW adds leadership experience across both corporate communications and media to the group’s communications function as it continues to strengthen its engagement with stakeholders across its businesses.
