GreenPower reports FY2025 results, highlights EV innovation, facility consolidation, and $19.8M in annual revenue.

The outcomes of today’s Annual General and Special Meeting (AGM) are being released by GreenPower Motor Company Inc., a prominent producer and distributor of specially designed, all-electric, zero-emission medium and heavy-duty vehicles for the school bus, shuttle, and transit industries as well as the cargo and delivery market.

All of the management’s nominees for directors—Mark Achtemichuk, Fraser Atkinson, Malcolm Clay, Sebastian Giordano, David Richardson, and Brendan Riley—were chosen by the shareholders.

Additionally, the shareholders designated BDO Canada LLP as the company’s auditors for the next fiscal year and reapproved the company’s 2022 Equity Incentive Plan.

Following the AGM, the company’s directors named the following officers for the following year: Michael Sieffert, who served as both corporate secretary and chief financial officer; Brendan Riley, who served as president; and Fraser Atkinson, who served as chairman and chief executive officer.

GreenPower designs, builds and distributes a full suite of high-floor and low-floor all-electric medium and heavy-duty vehicles, including transit buses, school buses, shuttles, cargo vans and a cab and chassis. GreenPower employs a clean-sheet design to manufacture all-electric vehicles that are purpose-built to be battery powered with zero emissions while integrating global suppliers for key components. This OEM platform allows GreenPower to meet the specifications of various operators while providing standard parts for ease of maintenance and accessibility for warranty requirements.
