GREW Solar has secured a repeat order worth ₹430 crore from a leading Independent Power Producer (IPP) for the supply of its high-efficiency G12R solar PV modules. The modules will be deployed across the IPP’s upcoming utility-scale solar projects at multiple locations in India.
The latest order reinforces GREW Solar’s growing presence in India’s utility-scale renewable energy market and strengthens its long-standing relationship with the renewable energy developer.
Under the order, GREW Solar will supply its G12R solar modules featuring advanced N-type TOPCon cell technology. The modules are designed to deliver high energy generation, improved conversion efficiency and reliable long-term performance.
The G12R modules are targeted at large-scale solar installations, where module efficiency, reliability and consistent energy output play an important role in overall project economics.
The repeat business also signals continued customer confidence in GREW Solar’s module technology, manufacturing quality and ability to execute large renewable energy orders.
Commenting on the order, Vinay Thadani, Director and CEO of GREW Solar, said the company was pleased to strengthen its relationship with one of India’s leading renewable energy developers.
He said the repeat order reflects GREW Solar’s focus on product quality, technology and reliable execution. Thadani added that the company believes long-term partnerships depend on consistently delivering quality products and meeting customer commitments.
As India accelerates its renewable energy expansion amid rising electricity demand and the transition toward cleaner power, developers are increasingly seeking high-efficiency solar modules that can improve generation and project economics.
GREW Solar said it is continuing to expand its manufacturing capabilities, invest in advanced solar technologies and strengthen its quality systems. The company is also looking to increase its presence in both domestic and international markets.
The ₹430 crore repeat order highlights the growing demand for high-performance solar modules as India continues to scale up utility-scale renewable energy capacity.
