INA Solar Records 59.34% Rise in Net Profit in FY 2025-26

INA Solar Records 59.34% Rise in Net Profit in FY 2025-26

India’s leading solar panel manufacturing company, INA Solar (Insolation Energy Limited), has announced its financial results for the financial year 2025–26 ending on March 31, 2026. The company delivered a strong financial performance during the year, recording remarkable growth across key financial indicators.

According to the consolidated balance sheet, the company reported a turnover of ₹2163.52 crore compared to ₹1343.62 crore in the corresponding period of the previous financial year, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 61.02%.

During the same period, the company’s Profit Before Tax (PBT) increased from ₹153.06 crore to ₹245.29 crore, marking a growth of 60.26% over the previous year.

The company also recorded an EBITDA of ₹304.62 crore as against ₹172.58 crore in the previous year, registering a significant growth of 76.50%.

Similarly, the company’s Profit After Tax (PAT) rose from ₹125.81 crore to ₹200.47 crore, reflecting a growth of 59.34% compared to the previous financial year.

The Earnings Per Share (EPS) increased from ₹5.93 to ₹9.10, representing a year-on-year growth of 53.46%.

Chairman Mr. Manish Gupta and Managing Director Mr. Vikas Jain stated that INA Solar has established itself as one of India’s fastest-growing solar brands. The company is currently operating with a module manufacturing capacity of 5.5 GW and continues to expand its production capabilities and nationwide network.

They further shared that the company is setting up a new project in Narmadapuram, Madhya Pradesh, which will include 4.5 GW solar cell manufacturing capacity along with 18,000 MTA aluminium frame manufacturing capacity, further strengthening the company’s manufacturing capabilities.

INA Solar currently manufactures advanced technology-based solar panels, including TOPCon, monofacial, and bifacial modules, known for their superior quality, enhanced efficiency, and reliable performance. The company’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities are equipped with advanced AI and robotics technologies, ensuring the highest levels of precision and quality in every panel.

Through its strong nationwide network and customer trust, the company has achieved significant milestones. Currently, INA Solar is associated with more than 1000 channel partners and has a presence across 100+ districts in India. The company has earned the trust of over 40,000 satisfied customers and has successfully completed 400+ MW of EPC and IPP projects.

Chairman Mr. Manish Gupta stated that INA Solar aims to make India self-reliant in the solar energy sector. By advancing the “Make in India” vision, the company continues to play an active role in the development of green energy in the country.

The company also expressed confidence that it will make a significant contribution towards achieving Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s target of 500 GW green energy capacity by 2030.
