    Indian Green & Battery Stocks Roundup – June 24: High Energy Batterie & CLN Extend Rally Amid Positive Momentum

    Indian Green & Battery Stocks Roundup – August 21

    Battery and green energy stocks maintained upward momentum on June 24, with key players like High Energy Batterie and CLN Engineering Ltd. continuing to lead the charge. Investor sentiment remained selectively bullish, reflecting confidence in energy storage and EV-supporting technologies even amid cautious broader market undertones.

    High Energy Batterie once again topped the gainers’ chart, rising a full 5.00% to close at ₹753.2, driven by sustained interest in high-efficiency battery makers amid growing demand for grid-scale energy storage. CLN Engineering Ltd. followed closely with a robust 4.98% jump to ₹399.6, reflecting optimism in the EV components and automation segments.

    HBL Engineering posted a strong rebound from its previous dip, gaining 4.39% to reach ₹591.15, signaling renewed accumulation after recent corrections. Waaree Technologies and Exide Industries also ended in the green, rising 1.72% and 1.67% respectively, reflecting resilience in solar and lead-acid battery plays.

    Tata Power, Indo-National, and Eveready Industries India posted modest gains, while Panasonic Energy India remained flat, edging up just 0.24%.

    On the downside, only Amara Raja Energy saw a marginal decline of 0.39%, closing at ₹970.8, possibly due to investor rotation into smaller, high-growth names.

With Q2 earnings season approaching, the sector remains ripe for strategic positioning.
