Iontra Inc, a Colorado-based leader in next-generation battery charging technology, has been named a winner of the 2024 LG Energy Solution Battery Challenge. Out of more than 140 international applicants, Iontra is one of two winners selected and will get $30,000 in prize money to support pilot projects in collaboration with LG Energy Solution.

The LG Energy Solution Battery Challenge is a collaboration between New Energy Nexus and LG Energy Solution aimed at supporting and progressing clean energy innovation. Since its inception, the program has honoured more than 40 companies, including Iontra and fellow winner Evyon, with investment opportunities to help further their mission and actively work towards a more sustainable future.
