JAKSON Solar Modules, Cells & Rooftop Solutions has promoted Mradul Gupta to the position of vice president – sales, entrusting him with leading the company’s national sales strategy and execution. In his expanded role, he will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, enhancing customer engagement, developing high-performing sales teams, strengthening strategic client relationships, and aligning sales initiatives with the company’s long-term business objectives.
With more than two decades of experience in renewable energy and industrial solutions sectors, Mradul Gupta has a proven track record in sales leadership, business development, key account management, and strategic market expansion. Mradul Gupta’s elevation signifies JAKSON Solar’s trust in his ability to drive business growth and solidify the company’s leading position in India’s fast-changing solar energy market.
Mradul has been associated with JAKSON Solar Modules, Cells & Rooftop Solutions for over 4 years and has been part of various core commercial leadership roles. His recent role was National Sales Head, where he was responsible for the company’s national sales strategy, key account management, channel development, and end-to-end solar solutions. In this role, he helped businesses in their journey to clean energy through high-performance solar PV products. Prior to this, he was Head of Key Accounts, where he was focusing on reinforcing strategic customer relationships and expanding the company’s footprint across key market segments.
Prior to joining JAKSON Solar, Mradul was Senior Manager – Solar Business with Siemens Gamesa, where he was spearheading the company’s solar business initiatives. Earlier, he spent more than eight years with Schneider Electric in various leadership roles, including Senior Manager – Solar Business, Manager – North Renewable Energy, Deputy Manager – OEM, Assistant Manager – OEM and Sales Engineer – OEM. During his stint, he led turnkey utility and commercial-scale solar projects, managed strategic customer relationships, supported engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) projects and delivered value-engineered renewable energy solutions.
He began his professional career with World Technological Products Pvt. Ltd as Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing, where he developed his expertise in industrial sales and automation solutions.
In his new position as Vice President – Sales, Mradul will lead JAKSON Solar’s national sales organisation, with a focus on expanding the company’s market reach, strengthening customer partnerships, driving commercial excellence, and supporting its long-term growth strategy in India’s renewable energy sector.
