Replus Appoints Kiran Dahimiwal as CTO and SVP to Drive Clean Energy Innovation

Replus, a subsidiary of Bhilwara Energy Ltd., has announced the appointment of Kiran Dahimiwal as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Senior Vice President. The move is aimed at strengthening the company’s leadership team as it continues to scale its capabilities in clean energy and electric mobility.

Leadership to Strengthen Technology Strategy

In his new role, Dahimiwal will be responsible for leading Replus’ overall technology strategy and spearheading research and development initiatives. His focus will include advancing innovation in energy storage systems and electric vehicle (EV) solutions, while supporting the company’s expansion in a rapidly evolving energy ecosystem.

Replus’ hiring shows that the company is dedicated to improving its technology and providing next-generation solutions in the clean energy space.

Extensive Experience Across Global Technology Firms

Dahimiwal has a lot of experience leading technology teams. He has worked in high-level positions at well-known companies like Okaya Power Group, Fuji Electric, Vertiv, and Eaton. He has been in charge of important engineering, product development, and innovation projects in both Indian and international markets throughout his career.

His expertise spans advanced electronics, energy systems, and innovation-led product development, making him well-positioned to contribute to Replus’ long-term growth strategy.

Strong Technical Foundation

He started his career at the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR), where he learned a lot about electronics, embedded systems, and engineering-driven innovation. This early experience has had a big impact on how he leads technology and develops products.

Driving Innovation in Clean Energy Sector

With a career spanning multiple technology and energy-focused organisations, Dahimiwal is expected to play a critical role in strengthening Replus’ innovation roadmap. His leadership is likely to support the development of advanced, scalable solutions in energy storage and EV technologies.

The appointment comes at a time when the clean energy industry is growing quickly because more people want energy solutions that are both efficient and good for the environment.
