Servotech Renewable Posts Strong Q1 FY27 Performance; Standalone Revenue Climbs 66%, EBITDA Rises 63%

Servotech Delivers Robust Growth in Q1 FY27 Results

Servotech Renewable Power System Ltd. (NSE: SERVOTECH), a manufacturer of solar solutions, battery energy storage systems (BESS) and EV chargers, has reported strong financial results for the Q1 FY27, ended June 30, 2026. The company said its Board of Directors approved the results at its meeting held on June 21, 2026.

The company delivered robust year-on-year growth in revenue and profitability across both standalone and consolidated operations, supported by demand for its integrated clean-energy offerings and continued execution across renewable energy, BESS and EV charging segments.

Standalone Revenue Reaches ₹208.11 Crore

On a standalone basis, total revenue rose 66.31% to ₹20,811.19 lakh in Q1 FY27, compared with ₹12,513.59 lakh in the corresponding quarter of FY26.

Gross profit increased 69.75% to ₹4,510.83 lakh from ₹2,657.37 lakh a year earlier. EBITDA stood at ₹2,317.67 lakh, marking a 62.85% increase over ₹1,423.17 lakh reported in Q1 FY26.

Profit before tax grew 48.18% to ₹1,487.72 lakh, against ₹1,003.98 lakh in the year-ago quarter. Profit after tax rose 47.01% to ₹1,110.05 lakh, compared with ₹755.06 lakh in Q1 FY26.

Consolidated EBITDA Surges 93%

On a consolidated basis, Servotech Renewable reported total revenue of ₹21,629.41 lakh in Q1 FY27, up 57.69% from ₹13,716.54 lakh in Q1 FY26.

Consolidated gross profit rose 86.75% to ₹4,856.09 lakh from ₹2,600.34 lakh in the corresponding quarter last year. EBITDA surged 93.35% to ₹2,094.33 lakh, compared with ₹1,083.18 lakh in Q1 FY26.

Profit before tax increased 61.58% to ₹1,061.61 lakh from ₹657.01 lakh, while consolidated profit after tax rose 74.51% to ₹794.11 lakh from ₹455.05 lakh in the previous year’s first quarter.

Commenting on the results, Raman Bhatia, Managing Director, Servotech Renewable Power System Ltd., said, “The first quarter of FY27 reflects the strength of our execution capabilities and the growing market acceptance of our integrated clean energy solutions. We have delivered strong growth across revenue and profitability while continuing to invest in innovation, manufacturing expansion, and technology development. The momentum witnessed during the quarter is a result of our disciplined approach to execution and our ability to capitalize on opportunities emerging across the renewable energy, BESS, and EV charging sector.
