Statcon Energiaa has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with solar EPC company Ram Raja Solar to provide battery energy storage systems (BESS) and hybrid inverter solutions for commercial and industrial solar-plus-storage projects across Uttar Pradesh.
As part of the partnership, Statcon Energiaa will supply large-capacity battery energy storage systems along with hybrid inverter solutions ranging from 50 kVA to 250 kVA, said Pranjal Pande, Director, Statcon Energiaa.
Under the agreement, Ram Raja Solar will be responsible for project development and execution, while Statcon Energia will serve as the technology and product solutions partner.
Commenting on the collaboration, Pande said, “The growing need for reliable backup power and the increasing cost of diesel are encouraging greater adoption of solar-plus-storage solutions in the commercial and industrial sector.”
He further noted that the company’s containerised BESS and solar hybrid power conversion systems (PCS) are manufactured in India. Through this partnership, customers will benefit from faster access to scalable, locally supported, and future-ready solar-plus-storage solutions.
