    Tivolt Partners with Tata Power to Enhance EV Charging Infrastructure

    Tivolt Partners with Tata Power to Enhance EV Charging Infrastructure

    To improve e-mobility for commercial vehicles across the country, Tivolt Electric Vehicles has inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Tata Power Renewable Energy Limited (TPREL). By leveraging Tivolt’s expanding network of small electric commercial vehicles and Tata Power’s experience in EV charging solutions, the alliance seeks to create a strong EV charging ecosystem.

    Shivram Bikkina, Chief of Solar Rooftop & EV Charging at Tata Power, attended the signing event where Virendra Goyal, Head of Business Development for EV Charging at Tata Power, and Saju Nair, CEO of Tivolt Electric Vehicles, signed the Memorandum of Understanding.

    TPREL will investigate incorporating solar energy systems to power Tivolt dealerships and customer sites in addition to offering charging infrastructure. By lowering carbon emissions and consumer charging prices, this strategy seeks to make the switch to electric vehicles more economical and ecological.

    “We are thrilled to collaborate with Tata Power,” said Saju Nair, CEO of Tivolt Electric Vehicles. Our clients will benefit from clean and sustainable mobility thanks to this partnership, which will significantly speed up the construction of EV charging infrastructure.

    “Our partnership with Tivolt will enhance the EV charging network, particularly for the small and commercial vehicle segment,” said Deepesh Nanda, CEO and MD of Tata Power Renewable Energy Limited. Commercial EV adoption will be accelerated and India’s energy transition to sustainability will be supported by a well-integrated EV ecosystem.

    In order to contribute to a cleaner and more sustainable India, Tivolt and TPREL are dedicated to making EV charging for commercial vehicle users more practical, economical, and environmentally beneficial.
