V-Green Partners with ChargeZone to Build EV Charging Network for VinFast Customers in India

India’s electric vehicle charging ecosystem received a major boost as V-Green, the EV charging infrastructure arm within the Vingroup ecosystem, has partnered with ChargeZone to develop charging infrastructure for VinFast customers in India.

The collaboration marks VinFast’s first co-branded charging partnership with a charge point operator (CPO) in the Indian market, highlighting the company’s growing focus on strengthening its EV ecosystem ahead of its expansion plans in the country.

As part of the partnership, the inaugural co-branded charging station has been launched in Vadodara at Mangla Trade Hub, located adjacent to a VinFast dealership. The site features a 60 kW DC dual-gun charger designed to support fast and convenient charging for electric vehicle users.

According to the company statement, 15 charging stations have already been made operational under the partnership, establishing an initial charging footprint for VinFast customers across key locations.

The companies also announced plans to deploy nearly 100 additional co-branded charging stations over the next six months. Under the agreement, V-Green will work closely with ChargeZone on site identification and deployment planning to accelerate infrastructure rollout.

ChargeZone will be responsible for the end-to-end operation and management of all co-branded charging stations, ensuring network reliability, maintenance, and customer support services.

The partnership is expected to play a key role in supporting VinFast’s entry and expansion in India by addressing one of the major barriers to EV adoption — accessible and reliable charging infrastructure.

India is witnessing rapid growth in electric mobility, with both domestic and global automakers increasingly investing in charging networks and ecosystem partnerships to improve customer confidence and accelerate EV adoption nationwide.

The partnership also aligns with the broader trend of collaborative infrastructure development in India’s EV sector, where automakers and charging operators are increasingly joining forces to create interoperable and customer-friendly charging networks. By expanding access to fast-charging solutions across strategic urban and highway locations, V-Green and ChargeZone aim to enhance convenience for EV users while supporting the country’s transition toward sustainable and low-emission mobility solutions.
