Advait Energy Transitions Limited (AETL) has entered into a strategic partnership with Manipal Energy Infratech Limited (MEIL) to jointly pursue opportunities across India’s fast-growing energy and infrastructure sectors. The companies have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on projects that support the country’s clean energy transition and grid modernization efforts.
The partnership will focus on developing projects across a broad range of energy segments, including Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), renewable energy, power transmission and distribution, green hydrogen, electrolyzers, High-Temperature Low-Sag (HTLS) conductors, Optical Ground Wire (OPGW), Emergency Restoration Systems (ERS), and engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) solutions.
Under the agreement, both companies will leverage their respective technical expertise and industry capabilities to identify, develop, and execute projects that strengthen India’s energy infrastructure. The collaboration is expected to enhance their presence in emerging clean energy technologies while supporting the growing demand for reliable and sustainable power systems.
The alliance comes at a time when India is accelerating investments in renewable energy, battery storage, and modern transmission infrastructure to improve grid resilience and facilitate the integration of clean power. With increasing deployment of BESS and green hydrogen projects, strategic industry partnerships are becoming critical for delivering large-scale energy infrastructure.
Advait Energy and Manipal Energy Infratech said the collaboration reflects their shared commitment to advancing innovative and sustainable energy solutions while contributing to the country’s long-term decarbonisation and energy security goals. By combining expertise across transmission, storage, and renewable technologies, the partnership aims to unlock new business opportunities and support the development of next-generation energy infrastructure across India.
