Esyasoft e-Mobility and Park+ have announced a partnership to deploy 10,000 electric vehicle (EV) charging points across India over the next three years, backed by an investment of ₹100 crore. The initiative aims to significantly expand India’s public and semi-public EV charging infrastructure by embedding charging solutions in everyday environments.
The collaboration brings together Park+’s extensive network across residential societies, corporate campuses, malls and REIT-managed commercial properties with Esyasoft e-Mobility’s AI-enabled EV charging platform. The platform supports both AC and DC chargers and offers features such as real-time charger visibility, cashless payments, automated diagnostics, predictive maintenance, smart energy management and carbon savings analytics.
Commenting on the partnership, A K Sawan, CEO of Esyasoft e-Mobility, said, “Park+’s presence across housing societies, corporates, malls, and REIT-managed properties allows us to build smart and accessible charging networks that fit seamlessly into the user’s lifestyle.”
The initial phase of deployment will begin in Bengaluru, followed by Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, and other major metropolitan areas. Each phase will focus on integrating charging infrastructure into residential clusters, corporate campuses and high-footfall commercial locations to ensure widespread and convenient access.
Amit Lakhotia, CEO of Park+, said, “With EV adoption rising rapidly across India, providing reliable and accessible charging infrastructure is essential for sustained growth in the segment.”
Park+ currently operates across more than 7,500 residential societies and over 600 corporate campuses and malls, with 18,000+ mobility installations and over 20 million app downloads nationwide. Its digital ecosystem will support Esyasoft’s connected charging services, enabling seamless app-based charging experiences.
The partnership comes at a time when India’s EV charging infrastructure, despite growing to over 29,000 installations in recent years, continues to lag behind projected demand. The Esyasoft–Park+ initiative is positioned as a step toward addressing this infrastructure gap and supporting the next phase of India’s electric mobility transition.
