EVamp Technologies launches Indigenously Designed Interoperable, Fast-Charging Solutions for Two and Three-Wheelers

EVamp Technologies Private Limited, a pioneer in EV charging infrastructure, has unveiled its indigenously designed and manufactured LECCS (Light Electric Combined Charging System) chargers, engineered to overcome two of the most critical challenges in India’s largest EV segments: non-standardization and range anxiety.

The product lineup includes 3.2 kW, 6.4 kW, and 10 kW chargers, supporting an output voltage range of 30–120 V DC and delivering up to 100 A of current. This ensures full compatibility with the entire spectrum of electric two- and three-wheelers in the Indian market. Developed entirely in India, these chargers have undergone over a year of rigorous lab and field testing, validating their reliability, safety, and performance under diverse Indian conditions.

EVamp will begin large-scale deployments through its own distribution channels and in collaboration with leading Charge Point Operators (CPOs). Over the next 12 months, the company aims to expand across Western, Southern, and Northern India, accelerating access to standardized, high-performance charging infrastructure.

Devansh Shah, Founder, EVamp Technologies, said, “At the heart of our mission is solving the challenge of non-standardization and fast charging for two- and three-wheelers through a truly interoperable system. Our LECCS chargers, rigorously tested both in the lab and on the ground, are built to deliver confidence and reliability. With power options from 3.2 kW to 10 kW, they are compatible with all major 2W and 3W EVs, enabling seamless charging across multiple locations. By deploying these solutions through our own channels and in partnership with CPOs, we’re accelerating mass adoption and eliminating range anxiety. This isn’t just a product launch—it’s a commitment to making EV charging faster, simpler, and universally accessible.”

Gunjan Mehta, co-founder of EVamp Technologies, added, “At EVamp, we’ve built end-to-end capabilities—from indigenous design to manufacturing and deployment. By initiating large-scale production of AC and LEV DC chargers in India, we’re ensuring access to reliable, cost-effective, and future-ready charging solutions. Our upcoming rollouts across key regions will form the backbone of two- and three-wheeler electrification. For us, it’s about solving real charging challenges while building a sustainable and scalable EV ecosystem.”

EVamp Technologies has developed the LECCS chargers by partnering with Ather Energy, a pioneer in the EV two-wheeler market.

Aravind Prasad, Head of Charging Infrastructure, Ather Energy, commented, “LECCS as a protocol was designed to solve one of the most pressing industry challenges—interoperability. By enabling a common, standardized interface across two- and three-wheelers, it ensures that any vehicle can charge seamlessly at any compatible station. This not only simplifies infrastructure deployment but also builds confidence among users that charging infrastructure will be easily accessible. We are glad to see EVAMP launch their LECCS chargers, as it will scale the LECCS charging network and provide more charging options to LECCS-compatible vehicles. Indigenous products like EVamp’s LECCS chargers strengthen this vision, combining fast charging with reliability at scale.”

EVamp Technologies is a new-age EV infrastructure company that designs and manufactures AC and LEV DC chargers in-house, offering integrated hardware-software solutions for urban, residential, commercial, and highway charging applications. Through its own channels and collaborations with Charge Point Operators, EVamp is building a scalable, reliable, and future-ready EV charging ecosystem for India.
