GREW Solar has appointed Falgun Desai as Assistant General Manager – HR & Administration, strengthening its human resources and administrative leadership as the company continues to expand its operations in the renewable energy sector. Desai brings experience across human resources, HR operations, administration, human capital management and employee relations.
Prior to joining GREW Solar, Desai served as Senior Manager – Human Resources Operations at Solex Energy Limited. He has also held HR leadership roles at Waaree Group, where he worked as Deputy Manager – Human Resources and Assistant Manager – Human Resources, and at Goldi Solar, where he served as Manager – Human Capital.
His professional experience also includes roles across consulting and manufacturing. Desai previously worked as Associate Consultant – Social at RSM, Executive – HR at Jewelex Group and Executive – HR at Kiran Jewels India.
With experience spanning renewable energy, manufacturing, consulting and other industries, Desai has worked across HR operations, employee management, administration and human capital functions. His appointment adds further HR expertise to GREW Solar’s management team.
In his new role, Desai will be responsible for supporting HR and administration functions while contributing to people management, employee engagement and organizational development. His experience across leading solar companies is also expected to support GREW Solar’s workforce and organizational requirements as the company continues its growth in the renewable energy sector.
