Gujarat Inject (Kerala) Ltd. has secured a purchase order worth approximately ₹4.86 crore from Zentaraa Infra Projects Private Limited for the supply of solar photovoltaic (PV) modules.
According to the company’s exchange filing, the order involves the supply of 3,600 solar PV modules. The order value of approximately ₹4.86 crore is exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
The order was received from a domestic entity and is scheduled to be executed by October 2026. The company also stated that the awarding entity does not have any interest involving Gujarat Inject (Kerala), its promoters, promoter group or group companies.
The latest contract marks Gujarat Inject (Kerala)’s entry into a solar PV module supply order and adds a renewable energy-related contract to its existing trading operations. The order is expected to contribute to the company’s business during the execution period.
Gujarat Inject Expands Renewable Energy Exposure
Gujarat Inject (Kerala) primarily operates in the trading of goods and does not currently have manufacturing operations. The company’s latest solar PV module order represents an opportunity to participate in India’s expanding renewable energy supply chain.
The contract with Zentaraa Infra Projects covers the supply of solar modules, which are key components used in solar power generation systems.
With the order scheduled for completion by October 2026, the company is expected to undertake the module supply within the specified execution timeline.
The development comes amid continued growth in India’s solar power capacity and demand for photovoltaic modules as renewable energy projects expand across the country.
