JAKSON Group has appointed Shilpa Seth as General Manager – Human Resources, strengthening its HR leadership as the company continues to advance its talent and organisational transformation initiatives. In her new role, Seth will lead HR for JAKSON’s Solar Vertical, focusing on talent development, capability building, organisational development and digital transformation to support the company’s growth and evolving business needs.
Prior to joining JAKSON Group, Seth served as General Manager – Human Resources at Reliance Group, based in Mumbai. She brings more than 15 years of human resources experience, spanning talent management, corporate HR, HR business partnering, performance management, organizational initiatives and people transformation across the renewable energy, financial services and technology sectors.
Before Reliance Group, Seth spent more than eight years with Vikram Solar, where she progressed through multiple HR leadership roles. Most recently, she served as AGM – Talent Management & Special Initiatives, following assignments as Lead – Corporate HR and Lead – Performance Management & HRBP – Global BDO. She initially joined Vikram Solar as Assistant Manager – Human Resources in 2017, building extensive experience within the solar and renewable energy industry.
Earlier in her career, Seth served as Human Resources Manager at Guiness Securities Limited and HR Manager at BMA Wealth Creators Ltd, developing experience in HR management within the financial services sector. She began her HR career with Pecon Software Limited as an HR Executive.
Seth’s return to the renewable energy ecosystem brings together her experience in talent management, performance management, HR business partnering and corporate HR. At JAKSON Group, she will apply this background to support the Solar Vertical’s people priorities while advancing capability, organizational and digital transformation initiatives.
