JinkoSolar has introduced “Sunny 365,” a new integrated photovoltaic (PV) and battery energy storage solution designed for the commercial and industrial (C&I) sector, with a particular focus on retail stores and supermarkets. The company said the solution combines solar modules, energy storage systems, engineering support, deployment, and lifecycle services into a single platform to simplify the adoption of solar-plus-storage projects.
The JinkoSolar Sunny 365 platform offers a one-stop approach covering project design, equipment supply, installation, commissioning, warranty, operations, and maintenance. According to the company, the integrated model is intended to reduce project costs, minimise installation space, and accelerate deployment for businesses looking to lower electricity expenses.
The launch comes as retailers increasingly seek energy solutions to manage rising electricity prices, peak demand charges, and grid reliability challenges. JinkoSolar said distributed solar-plus-storage systems are becoming essential infrastructure for commercial facilities, enabling businesses to improve energy efficiency while reducing dependence on conventional grid power.
At the core of the solution are Tiger Neo 3.0 solar modules and the SunGiga G2 liquid-cooled Battery Energy Storage System (BESS). The Tiger Neo 3.0 modules offer power output of up to 670 W with conversion efficiency reaching 24.8%, along with enhanced bifacial performance, lower degradation, improved low-light generation, and greater resistance to harsh weather conditions.
The SunGiga G2 BESS is designed to maximise operational efficiency with 90% AC-side energy efficiency, advanced liquid cooling, and an intelligent battery management system. The storage solution also features multi-point temperature monitoring, thermal runaway protection, integrated fire suppression, and real-time battery health monitoring to improve safety and extend battery life.
In addition to hardware, JinkoSolar is offering end-to-end lifecycle services, including customised system design based on customer load profiles, long-term product warranties, predictive battery health monitoring, and digital operations and maintenance support. The company said the standardised service model is aimed at simplifying procurement and reducing operational complexity for businesses of different sizes.
JinkoSolar expects the Sunny 365 platform to support the growing adoption of solar-plus-storage systems across commercial and industrial facilities by enabling businesses to lower energy costs, improve operational resilience, and accelerate their transition to cleaner energy sources. The integrated offering also strengthens the company’s presence in the rapidly expanding global market for commercial energy storage solutions.
