Kalpataru Projects International Limited (KPIL) has secured new engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) orders and awards worth approximately ₹2,025 crore across its power transmission and distribution, buildings and factories, and oil and gas businesses in India and overseas.
The company said the latest orders span multiple infrastructure segments and add to its order intake for the current financial year. With these awards, KPIL has secured orders worth approximately ₹13,219 crore so far in the current fiscal year. The company is also favorably placed for additional opportunities valued at more than ₹12,000 crore.
The new orders cover projects in the power transmission and distribution segment, as well as buildings and factories and oil and gas infrastructure. The awards further expand KPIL’s project portfolio across domestic and international markets and contribute to its overall EPC order book.
KPIL operates across several infrastructure segments, including power transmission and distribution, buildings and factories, water supply, railways, oil and gas infrastructure, urban mobility, highways and airports. The company has operations across 75 countries and has executed more than 250 projects in over 30 countries.
In the power infrastructure segment, KPIL provides EPC solutions for transmission and distribution projects, supported by its manufacturing capabilities in India. The company operates two manufacturing facilities in the country for transmission towers and heavy metal structures, which support the execution of large-scale transmission and infrastructure projects.
For FY2026, KPIL reported revenue of ₹27,143 crore. Its diversified portfolio covers both power-sector infrastructure and other major infrastructure categories, allowing the company to undertake projects across different markets and geographies.
The latest ₹2,025 crore order intake adds to KPIL’s ongoing project execution activities and strengthens its order visibility for the current financial year. The company’s stated pipeline includes more than ₹12,000 crore of additional opportunities that it is favorably placed for.
KPIL’s EPC operations cover the complete project lifecycle across several infrastructure segments, including engineering, procurement, construction and associated project execution activities. Its presence in power transmission and distribution, along with its operations in buildings, factories and oil and gas infrastructure, forms part of its broader diversified EPC portfolio.
The company’s manufacturing infrastructure for transmission towers and metal structures also supports its power transmission business by providing in-house manufacturing capabilities for key project components.
With the latest awards, KPIL’s total order intake for the current fiscal year has reached approximately ₹13,219 crore, while the company continues to pursue additional orders across its operating segments in India and international markets.
