Commenting on the move, Co-Founder and CTO of Statiq, Raghav Arora said, “At Statiq, we are thrilled to launch this hiring spree. I have always maintained that people make businesses and a company’s performance depends largely on the fit between people and their jobs. That’s why we brought Needhi on board as well to scale up operations in the right manner. In the same vein, it’s great if candidates have experience on the EV side but we are primarily looking for individuals with the zeal to create an impact through innovation, the passion to provide excellent service to our customers, and happy to collaborate toward a collective goal, namely ‘Sustainable Transportation. Teamwork has always been a part of our DNA and we do not want to compromise in that area.”

Hence, we are looking to source our tech hires not just from the tier 1 campuses but also from ITIs and polytechnic institutes. We are open to hiring from any age group and field, as long as they fit our company culture and requirement. Our aim is to add more than 200 new employees to the company in this fiscal which will boost our count approximately three times over.”
