Terra Charge had showcased its solutions at Bharat Mobility Expo 2024, hosted in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

At the expo, which took place from 1st to 3rd February, the EV leader showcased its advanced range of AC and DC EV charging solutions tailored to individual vehicle owners, electric fleet owners, and residential and commercial property owners’ unique needs.

The successful event was a first-of-its-kind global mobility expo in India and brought the mobility value chain under a single roof, with over 800 exhibitors, 50+ overseas industry players, over 80,000 visitors, and 150000 registered attendees.

It served as a platform for Terra Charge to showcase its cutting-edge charging solutions and forge potential collaborations to benefit the Indian EV infrastructure.

Attendees at the Expo had the opportunity to experience live demos of Terra Charge’s diverse range of charging solutions; including their fast-charging 7.7 kW AC Charger designed for

commercial use, the 82 kW DC Charger that offers fast DC charging and reliable AC charging for vehicles, and the budget-friendly 3.3 kW AC Charger. The first edition of this expo was organized by the Ministry of Commerce in collaboration with industry bodies like the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM), Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Automotive Tyre Manufacturers’ Association (ATMA), Automotive Component Manufacturers’ Association (ACMA), and Nasscom. It also featured multiple exhibits covering futuristic vehicles, cutting-edge technologies in automotive components, EV batteries, and charging technologies.

Reflecting on the success of the three-day event, the CEO of Terra Charge, Mr. Akihiro Ueda, expressed his thoughts, stating, “I am pleased with the positive response we garnered at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2024 and the interest our EV charging solutions generated in the public. The event was an excellent opportunity for Terra Charge to engage with industry leaders and showcase our dedication to the green revolution in India. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the event organizers who offered us the opportunity to showcase our diverse range of EV charging solutions and connect with like-minded entities across all segments.”

Terra Charge aims to resolve the new-age EV charging-related challenges, making electric vehicles a practical and efficient mobility solution for the environmentally conscious world. To achieve its goal, the company has recently expanded its geographical presence in 6 major Indian cities – Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Gurgaon, and Kolkata. To further display its commitment to the cause, Terra Charge signed an MoU with the Tamil Nadu State Government at the third Tamil Nadu Global Investors Meet in Chennai, pledging to invest in the state’s EV charging infrastructure.
