Vikram Solar Limited, a leading player in India’s solar photovoltaic (PV) manufacturing sector, has appointed Biresh Ranjan Das as Senior Vice President – Human Resources (HR). In this role, he will lead the company’s people and culture agenda, working closely with management to strengthen organizational capability in line with Vikram Solar’s growth plans and global expansion strategy.

Bringing over 23 years of experience across manufacturing, telecom, hospitality, infrastructure, and global shared services, Biresh has a proven track record of scaling organizations and aligning people strategies with business priorities in complex, multi-location environments. His expertise will be critical as Vikram Solar expands operations and builds a workforce capable of sustaining growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
