Vikram Solar, an industry leader in manufacturing solar PV modules in India, has recently reported having placed a large new order of 200 MW high-efficiency solar modules by AB Energia, an end-to-end EPC provider of commercial and industrial (C&I) solar projects.
Advanced M10R N-Type TOPCon modules are also part of the order with a rating of 590 Wp and above that will provide better performance, reliability, and energy yields. The modules will be rolled out in three of the most solar-progressive states in India which include Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat, which are rapidly increasing in the adoption of clean energy.
The deliveries on this order will start in September 2025 and finish in early 2026 in line with the momentum of growth of India in renewable energy.
