Advait Energy Transitions Q1 FY27 Profit Rises 66% YoY to ₹14.80 Crore; Revenue Jumps 48%

Advait Energy Transitions Q1 FY27 Results: PAT Rises 66%

Advait Energy Transitions Limited (AETL), an integrated energy solutions company operating across power transmission and new and renewable energy, reported strong financial performance for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Consolidated revenue from operations rose 48.10% year-on-year to ₹179.27 crore in Q1 FY27 from ₹121.06 crore in Q1 FY26, while consolidated profit after tax (PAT) after share of profit/loss from joint ventures and associates increased 65.80% to ₹14.80 crore from ₹8.93 crore.

The company’s results were reviewed by its Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on August 7, 2026.

On a consolidated basis, profit before tax (PBT) increased 63.10% year-on-year to ₹20.92 crore in Q1 FY27, compared with ₹12.83 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

Consolidated PAT before share of joint ventures and associates stood at ₹15.63 crore, compared with ₹9.69 crore in Q1 FY26, marking a 61.20% year-on-year increase.

Power Transitions Drives Quarterly Performance

Advait Energy Transitions’ Power Transitions Division was the strongest contributor to the quarter’s consolidated performance.

The division generated ₹127.22 crore in segment revenue during Q1 FY27, compared with ₹75.99 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

The company’s New & Renewable Energy business contributed ₹52.06 crore in segment revenue during the quarter, compared with ₹45.07 crore in Q1 FY26.

The Power Transitions segment reported ₹14.80 crore in profit during the quarter, while the New & Renewable Energy segment contributed ₹4.01 crore.

Standalone Revenue Rises 76%

The company also reported strong growth on a standalone basis.

Standalone revenue from operations increased 76.10% year-on-year to ₹129.34 crore in Q1 FY27, compared with ₹73.46 crore in Q1 FY26.

Standalone PAT rose 57.70% to ₹12.63 crore, compared with ₹8.01 crore in the year-ago quarter.

The company’s consolidated performance reflects the continued contribution of its core Power Transitions business while its New & Renewable Energy activities continue to expand.

Advait Energy Transitions is building its established power-transmission capabilities while developing its presence across emerging energy-transition segments.

The company’s business activities include Advait Energy Transitions Private Limited, Advait Transmission Tools Private Limited, Advait Unified Renewable Assets Private Limited, Advait Carbon Advisory & Renewable Assets Private Limited and Advait Battery Ecosystems Private Limited, along with its joint venture TG Advait India Private Limited.

The Q1 FY27 performance comes as the company continues to operate across the intersection of power transmission, renewable energy and emerging energy-transition opportunities.

The Q1 FY27 numbers show broad-based growth across Advait Energy Transitions’ financial performance, with consolidated revenue increasing 48.10% and PAT after the share of joint ventures and associates rising 65.80%.

The Power Transitions Division remained the key contributor, generating ₹127.22 crore in quarterly segment revenue, while the New & Renewable Energy business contributed ₹52.06 crore.

For an energy-sector company operating across transmission and emerging renewable-energy businesses, the results underline the continuing contribution of its established power-transmission operations alongside its expansion into new energy segments.

Advait Energy Transitions’ Q1 FY27 performance provides a strong start to FY27, with continued growth across power transmission and new and renewable energy expected to remain central to the company’s evolving energy-transition portfolio.
