Advait Greenergy and Imagine Powertree Private Limited have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to explore and develop clean energy opportunities across India. The partnership will combine the companies’ technical and commercial capabilities across multiple energy transition segments, including green hydrogen, battery energy storage systems (BESS), solar power, fuel cells and carbon credits advisory.
Under the MoU, the companies will work together to support clean energy projects, tenders and end-user requirements by bringing together clean technology expertise, engineering capabilities and market development support. The collaboration is expected to provide a framework for identifying and pursuing opportunities across India’s expanding renewable energy and decarbonisation landscape.
The partnership covers several technologies that are becoming increasingly important to India’s energy transition. Green hydrogen is emerging as a potential solution for decarbonising hard-to-abate industrial sectors, while BESS is gaining importance for integrating renewable power and improving grid flexibility. Solar power, fuel cells and carbon credit advisory services will further broaden the areas in which the two companies can collaborate.
The MoU is also intended to facilitate a coordinated approach to project development and commercial opportunities. By combining their respective technical and business capabilities, Advait Greenergy and Imagine Powertree aim to address requirements from project developers, tenders and end users across different clean energy applications.
For Advait Greenergy, the agreement represents another step toward expanding its clean energy ecosystem through strategic partnerships. The company is looking to build collaborations that can contribute to renewable energy deployment and industrial decarbonisation in India.
The association with Imagine Powertree is expected to create opportunities for joint engagement across emerging clean energy technologies while supporting the development of solutions aligned with India’s broader energy transition objectives.
