B Mukherjee has been elevated to the role of Head HR and Joint President (Mining & Minerals Business) at Hindalco Industries Limited, a flagship company of the Aditya Birla Group. In his expanded leadership position, he will oversee the overall human capital strategy for the Mining and Minerals vertical.

A veteran of the Aditya Birla Group, Mukherjee brings over 25 years of experience in human resources, particularly within complex industrial and manufacturing environments. He has spent more than two decades working with Hindalco and Grasim Industries Limited, progressing from an Assistant Manager to a senior executive leadership role.
His career began at Exide Industries Limited, where he joined as a Management Trainee, laying the foundation for his expertise in HR management.
