BharatBenz Strengthens Presence in Bihar’s Koshi Belt with New Devkrishna Trucking Dealership

Daimler India Commercial Vehicles (DICV), the manufacturer of BharatBenz trucks and buses and a wholly owned subsidiary of Daimler Truck AG, has inaugurated a new authorised BharatBenz dealership, Devkrishna Trucking, in Supaul, Bihar. The new dealership expands BharatBenz’s footprint across North Bihar and strengthens its commitment to delivering accessible, dependable and customer-focused sales, service and spare parts support across the strategically important Koshi region.

Strategically located on Supaul–Kishanpur–Bhaptiyahi Road, Bihar (NH-327A), the dealership is well positioned to serve customers across the Koshi region. With its connectivity to key transportation routes, including the NH-327A and the NH-27 East-West Corridor through Araria, the dealership will support commercial vehicle customers across Supaul, Saharsa, Madhepura and Araria, while strengthening BharatBenz’s access to the wider North Bihar market.

The new BharatBenz dealership is a 4-bay 3S (Sales, Service and Spares) facility spanning approximately 40,000 sq. ft., designed to provide a comprehensive ownership experience for commercial vehicle customers under one roof. The facility has an annual service capacity of approximately 1,800 vehicles and is supported by a dedicated workshop and trained technical team to enable faster service and help reduce vehicle downtime. Customers will also have access to genuine BharatBenz spare parts, along with a dedicated sales team serving transporters, fleet owners and commercial vehicle operators across the region.

Commenting on the inauguration, Rajiv Chaturvedi, President & Chief Business Officer, Daimler India Commercial Vehicles, said, “The new dealership in Supaul is an important step in strengthening BharatBenz’s presence across North Bihar and the Koshi belt. By bringing our sales, service and spares support closer to customers, we are enabling greater accessibility, faster service and improved vehicle uptime. The region is an important market for commercial vehicle operations, and this new facility will help us build stronger, long-term relationships with customers while supporting their business needs.”

Abhimanyu Kumar Singh, CEO, Devkrishna Trucking, said, “We are pleased to strengthen our partnership with BharatBenz with the inauguration of our new 3S dealership in Supaul. The facility has been designed to provide customers across the Koshi region with convenient access to sales, service and genuine spare parts support. With our dedicated workshop and trained technical team, we look forward to delivering faster and more dependable support to transporters, fleet owners and commercial vehicle operators, while building lasting relationships with BharatBenz customers across the region.”

With the addition of the Supaul facility, Devkrishna Trucking now operates two BharatBenz touchpoints in the region – a 3S dealership in Supaul and a 2S dealership in Araria. Together, these facilities strengthen BharatBenz’s customer support network across the Koshi belt, with key market coverage spanning Supaul, Saharsa, Madhepura and Araria.

The new dealership is part of BharatBenz’s continued focus on expanding customer access across key freight and commercial vehicle markets in India. Through its growing network of sales and service touchpoints, BharatBenz continues to bring its products, services and customer support closer to fleet operators and commercial vehicle users across the country.

As part of its customer-centric approach, BharatBenz offers an integrated vehicle lifecycle solution through ‘BharatBenz Certified’ and attractive exchange programmes. Customers can exchange both BharatBenz and other commercial vehicle brands for new BharatBenz trucks, while benefiting from transparent evaluations, quality-assured pre-owned vehicles and a seamless upgrade experience.

To make vehicle acquisition more seamless, BharatBenz has also partnered with 20+ leading banks and NBFCs, offering competitive financing and customised financing solutions to customers.

With the new Devkrishna Trucking facility in Supaul, BharatBenz further strengthens its presence in North Bihar, bringing comprehensive sales, service and spare parts support closer to customers and enabling them to operate with greater convenience, reliability and confidence.
