chargeMOD Opens New EV Charging Hub in Athani Junction, Kerala

One of South India’s top providers of EV charging networks, chargeMOD, has launched a new charging hub close to Athani Junction in Angamaly, Kerala. As a component of Wattz-On 2024, an electric mobility event, this hub seeks to encourage the adoption of EVs and the development of local infrastructure.

Multiple vehicles may be charged concurrently owing to the hub’s six fast chargers, which include Dual Gun chargers (30kW and 60kW). In addition, it has a lounge and dining outlets, giving EV owners a cozy place to unwind while their cars recharge.

    M. Ramanunni, CEO of chargeMOD, emphasized the new hub’s accessibility and ease of use, particularly for travelers who are close to the airport. Additionally, the company has added additional capabilities to its software, such the ability to preload money into a wallet and sophisticated filters to locate charging stations that are appropriate. Users may find chargers along their route and plan their trips with the assistance of the EV routing feature.
