Continuum Green Energy has appointed Amit Kansal as President, bringing more than 30 years of leadership experience across the power, renewable energy and technology sectors. His appointment comes at a time when India’s clean energy industry is witnessing strong growth, driven by increasing investments in renewable power, energy storage and supporting infrastructure.
Kansal brings more than 15 years of focused experience in the power and renewable energy sectors. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions and played an important role in building businesses, strengthening operations and developing capabilities across the clean energy value chain.
Before joining Continuum Green Energy, Kansal served as CEO and Managing Director of Senvion India from the company’s inception in the country. During his tenure, he was instrumental in establishing and scaling the company’s Indian operations. He also contributed to the development of its manufacturing, technology and project execution capabilities, helping strengthen its position in the Indian wind energy market.
Earlier in his career, Kansal held senior leadership roles at Vestas and Honeywell. His professional experience spans multiple markets, including India, Singapore and China, providing him with broad international exposure across renewable energy, technology, manufacturing and business development.
Kansal’s extensive industry background is expected to support Continuum Green Energy as it expands its renewable energy portfolio and strengthens its position in India’s evolving clean energy landscape.
The company is developing renewable energy projects across India, with its portfolio covering wind, solar and hybrid renewable energy solutions.
