Juniper Green Energy has appointed Jagdeep Singh (CAPM) as Assistant General Manager (AGM), bringing more than two decades of experience across project management, electrical projects, renewable energy and power infrastructure to the company.
Singh’s appointment is expected to strengthen Juniper Green Energy’s project execution and program management capabilities as the company continues to expand its presence in the renewable energy sector.
With a career spanning over 20 years, Singh has worked across several segments of the energy and power industry. His professional experience includes project management, electrical project execution, power infrastructure, switchgear and program management.
Before joining Juniper Green Energy, Singh served as Project Manager at Srex Power India Private Limited, where he was involved in project-related responsibilities in the power sector.
Prior to Srex Power, Singh spent more than nine years with HARTEK GROUP, serving as Senior Manager – Projects. During his tenure, he gained extensive experience in managing and executing electrical and power-related projects.
His career also includes project roles with several prominent companies in India’s power sector, including GVK, Nabha Power Limited, Tata Power and Jindal Power Limited.
The experience gained across these organisations has given Singh exposure to various aspects of power project execution, electrical systems and infrastructure development. His expertise also includes switchgear and program management, areas that are important for the successful execution of large-scale energy projects.
Singh holds the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) credential, reflecting his formal expertise in project management practices.
Experience across power and energy sector
Singh’s professional journey covers multiple areas within the power and energy ecosystem. His experience with companies such as Tata Power, Jindal Power, GVK, Nabha Power and HARTEK GROUP has provided him with exposure to different stages of project development and execution.
The appointment comes at a time when India’s renewable energy industry is witnessing rapid growth, supported by increasing investments in solar, wind, hybrid and other clean energy projects.
