Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI) has invited online bids for the procurement of a Phasor Measurement Unit (PMU) for the 100 MW Solar Photovoltaic (SPV) with 40 MW/120 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Project at Rajnandgaon, Chhattisgarh.
The scope of the tender covers the procurement of a Phasor Measurement Unit (PMU) for the 100 MW SPV with 40 MW/120 MWh BESS Project located at Rajnandgaon, Chhattisgarh.
The tender was published on 6 August 2026. A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled for 12 August 2026. The deadline for both online and offline bid submissions is 27 August 2026, while the bids will be opened on the same day.
The tender carries a bid processing fee of ₹5,900 and requires an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹72,000. The selected bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG) of 5%, valid for a period of 8 months and 15 days.
