Solidus Techno Power Private Limited has delivered a 27.31 MWh battery energy storage system (BESS) integrated with a 50 MW solar project for SBF Ispat Private Limited. The company also executed engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services for the project, strengthening its presence in India’s integrated solar and energy storage market.
The project is being executed through Solidus Techno Power’s subsidiary, XenRosh ESS, which focuses on battery energy storage system manufacturing. The deployment marks a milestone in Solidus’s expansion into integrated renewable energy and storage solutions, combining its solar EPC expertise with growing BESS manufacturing capabilities.
Solidus Expands Integrated Solar and Storage Capabilities
Solidus Techno Power, a Punjab-based EPC company, is strengthening its battery energy storage manufacturing operations through XenRosh ESS to address increasing demand for energy storage solutions. The company continues to serve commercial and industrial (C&I) customers through solar EPC services and integrated energy infrastructure offerings.
The latest project adds to Solidus’s expanding solar and energy storage portfolio, supporting the adoption of renewable energy combined with storage for industrial applications.
Jaspal Singh, Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of Solidus Techno Power Private Limited, said, “Solar power combined with battery storage offers industries greater flexibility and helps them utilise renewable energy more effectively.”
Harvinder Singh, Managing Director of Solidus Techno Power, said the project strengthens the company’s integrated clean energy portfolio. He added that XenRosh ESS is expanding BESS manufacturing capabilities with an emphasis on quality, safety and reliability.
Solidus’s Solar Manufacturing and Renewable Energy Initiatives
Solidus has also been associated with a solar development initiative in Punjab in collaboration with Roshni Renewable LLP, a venture promoted by professionals from Valco, an Indian aluminium company, and Solidus Techno Power.
The initiative aims to establish a large-scale solar module manufacturing facility in Punjab with an initial production capacity of 1.8 GW. The proposed fully automated facility is expected to follow global manufacturing standards while supporting employment generation and regional industrial development.
The initiative is positioned to contribute to Punjab’s industrial ecosystem and India’s broader renewable energy manufacturing ambitions.
With the latest BESS deployment for SBF Ispat and its ongoing manufacturing expansion through XenRosh ESS, Solidus Techno Power is strengthening its capabilities across solar EPC, energy storage manufacturing and integrated clean energy solutions.
