Headsup B2B Private Limited has partnered with INA Solar, the solar module brand of Jaipur-based Insolation Energy Limited, to strengthen its presence in India’s solar distribution market. The collaboration will enable Headsup B2B to market and distribute INA Solar’s range of solar PV modules while supporting the company’s target of generating ₹150 crore in annual revenue from its solar business.
Under the partnership, Headsup B2B will supply INA Solar modules to EPC contractors, channel partners, project developers, and institutional customers across the country. The company expects the solar segment to contribute around 40% of its overall revenue by FY2027, driven by rising demand for renewable energy solutions and the expansion of its distribution network.
As part of its growth strategy, Headsup B2B will strengthen its footprint in eastern India through a regional distribution network anchored at its Patna facility. The company also plans to expand its dealer and sub-distributor network across key districts, improving product availability and customer support while increasing market reach.
Commenting on the partnership, Sumit Kumar, Founder and Director of Headsup B2B, said the solar business is becoming one of the company’s primary growth engines. He noted that the collaboration with INA Solar combines a reliable portfolio of solar modules with a strong procurement and distribution network, enabling the company to better serve the evolving requirements of EPC firms, project developers, and channel partners.
The partnership comes as India’s solar sector continues to witness robust growth, supported by increasing investments in renewable energy and expanding deployment across utility-scale, commercial, and industrial segments. By combining INA Solar’s manufacturing capabilities with Headsup B2B’s supply chain and distribution expertise, the companies aim to strengthen solar module availability and support the country’s clean energy expansion.
