Lineage Power Signs Two MoUs with Onwards Solar and Kalpa Power at 12th IESW 2026 Yashobhoomi, New Delhi

Pace Digitek Limited announced that its subsidiary, Lineage Power Private Limited (LPPL), has signed two strategic Memoranda of Understanding (MoU) with Onwards Solar Power Private Limited and Kalpa Power Private Limited during the 12th India Energy Storage Week (IESW) 2026 at IICC, Yashobhoomi, New Delhi, where Pace Digitek Limited and LPPL are showcasing their integrated Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) portfolio and advanced energy storage solutions at Hall 1, Stall 4.

The MoUs establish a framework for collaboration, with LPPL serving as a preferred BESS supply partner and supporting future projects with integrated BESS solutions, including DC Blocks, Power Conversion Systems (PCS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), engineering support, warranty, and lifecycle services.

Definitive agreements and purchase orders will govern project-specific commercial terms and supply arrangements between the respective parties.

The collaborations aim to strengthen the supply of domestically manufactured BESS solutions for utility-scale, commercial & industrial (C&I), and other energy storage applications.

Lineage Power Private Limited’s integrated manufacturing capabilities enable the company to offer comprehensive energy storage solutions across the value chain. These partnerships further strengthen Pace Digitek Limited’s strategy to expand its product-led energy storage business through collaborations with EPC companies, renewable energy developers, and system integrators.

Pace Digitek Limited is an integrated infrastructure and energy solutions company operating across energy and telecom & ICT business segments. The company operates across the value chain, spanning Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities, supporting both project execution and product supply.

In the energy segment, the company undertakes Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) design, manufacturing, integration and deployment. Through its subsidiary, Lineage Power Private Limited, it also manufactures energy storage systems and related power infrastructure products.

In the telecom segment, the Company undertakes manufacturing of telecom power systems and provides EPC services and O&M for telecom infrastructure, fibre networks and digital infrastructure projects across multiple circles in India
