Rohit Srivastava Appointed CFO at VSL PowerHive

VSL PowerHive has announced the appointment of Rohit Srivastava as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Bringing close to 20 years of experience in finance, treasury management, business planning, and corporate leadership, he will lead the company’s financial operations and support its long-term strategic growth plans.

Before joining VSL PowerHive, Rohit Srivastava spent more than 18 years with Vikram Solar, one of India’s leading solar energy companies. During his long tenure, he steadily advanced through several senior leadership positions including Assistant Vice President, Head of Treasury, DGM (Finance & Accounts), AGM (Finance & Accounts), and Manager Finance.

At Vikram Solar, he played a key role in overseeing treasury operations, financial planning, accounts management, risk management, and strategic finance initiatives. He was also involved in supporting the company’s expansion plans and strengthening financial systems during phases of rapid business growth.

Known for his expertise in corporate finance and financial strategy, Rohit has built strong experience across multiple finance functions over the course of his career.
