WattPower participated in the three-day Renewable Energy India (REI) Expo 2026, engaging with stakeholders from across the renewable energy sector to discuss evolving needs in grid stability, energy storage and reliable power supply. The event offered a platform to exchange insights on the technologies and infrastructure required to support India’s growing renewable energy capacity.
At the expo, WattPower showcased its new WP-506 KTL grid-forming utility-scale inverter, alongside its battery energy storage systems (BESS), utility-scale and commercial string inverters, and ultra-fast EV charging infrastructure. The portfolio addressed key areas of focus for the renewable energy sector, including grid stability, energy storage, system safety and round-the-clock (RTC) power delivery.
The showcase also included WattPower’s 5 MWh String Energy Storage System and 213 KTL Power Conversion System (PCS) for utility-scale storage applications, as well as the 330 KTL Smart String Inverter and 150 KTL inverter for utility-scale and commercial and industrial (C&I) applications, respectively. In the electric mobility segment, the company presented its liquid-cooled ultra-fast EV charging solution, with capacities of up to 500 kW for commercial fleets and other high-demand applications.
“REI Expo gives us an opportunity to engage with stakeholders, understand market needs and exchange perspectives on the sector’s evolving challenges. As India scales its renewable energy capacity, grid stability and energy storage will become increasingly important. It was a pleasure to be part of the event and connect with so many people who are contributing to the growth of the renewable energy sector,” said Divya Prakash Choraria, CEO and Co-founder, WattPower.
Through its participation in REI Expo 2026, WattPower engaged with industry stakeholders on the evolving requirements of renewable energy integration, storage and grid infrastructure. The company continues to focus on developing solutions that address the operational needs of India’s renewable energy sector as it expands its generation capacity and strengthens grid reliability.
