The transaction was executed with Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp. (SMBC) and Rabobank acting as mandated lead arrangers, green loan coordinators, and joint structuring banks, with support from HSF Kramer, JSA Advocates, and Aurora Energy Research and Tractebel, ensuring alignment with internationally recognized sustainable finance frameworks.
