Saatvik Solar Elevates Pushpendra Samadhiya as Chief Revenue Officer to Drive Revenue Growth and Market Expansion

Saatvik Solar has announced the promotion of Pushpendra Samadhiya as its Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), reinforcing the company’s leadership team as it continues to expand its presence in India’s rapidly growing renewable energy sector.

A seasoned renewable energy professional, Samadhiya brings more than 15 years of experience in solar PV module sales, business development, market expansion, and strategic partnerships. Throughout his career, he has played a significant role in driving business growth, strengthening customer relationships, and developing sales strategies across the solar industry.

Before taking on the role of Chief Revenue Officer, Samadhiya served as National Sales Head and Head of Sales & Marketing at Saatvik Solar, where he contributed to the company’s commercial growth and market positioning. Prior to joining Saatvik Solar, he held leadership positions in sales and business development at leading solar companies, including Adani Solar and Uneecops Solar, gaining extensive experience across India’s renewable energy landscape.

In his new role, Samadhiya will lead Saatvik Solar’s overall revenue strategy, oversee sales execution, and spearhead the company’s commercial expansion initiatives. His responsibilities include scaling the company’s market reach, strengthening strategic partnerships, expanding the distribution of high-efficiency solar PV modules, and accelerating sustainable business growth across domestic and international markets.

The promotion comes at a time when India’s solar industry is witnessing robust demand, driven by ambitious renewable energy targets, increasing investments in clean energy infrastructure, and a growing focus on domestic manufacturing under the government’s energy transition initiatives. As one of the country’s emerging solar module manufacturers, Saatvik Solar has been expanding its manufacturing capabilities and strengthening its presence across utility-scale, commercial, and industrial segments.

With a proven track record in sales leadership and business development, Samadhiya is expected to play a key role in enhancing Saatvik Solar’s competitive position while supporting the company’s long-term growth strategy. His expertise in market penetration, growth strategy formulation, sales pipeline development, and customer engagement is expected to help the company capture new business opportunities in an increasingly competitive solar market.

The appointment also reflects Saatvik Solar’s focus on strengthening its leadership team to support the next phase of expansion. As the company continues to scale operations and broaden its footprint, the leadership of Pushpendra Samadhiya as Chief Revenue Officer is expected to drive stronger commercial performance, deepen strategic alliances, and further accelerate the adoption of high-efficiency solar solutions in India’s renewable energy ecosystem.
